Rarely am I so impressed with the way a business is run. Just got back from a trip with my husband’s mountain biking group. It was fabulous. The hotel was fabulous. Most of all the service at the hotel, an inviting, family-run 3-star inn, with everything a traveler needs -including Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and overnight laundry service. It is what well-run small enterprises are all about – customer service is paramount and the sense of pride is evident in everything they do. Although I was under the weather, the food was great, fresh and plentiful- both Italian and the Tyrolean dishes.
The guys say that the well planned and well guided bike tours were phenomenal (by the hotel staff). The staff also helped us biking widows plan our excursions in the area. Pro-activity, experience and friendliness touches everything they do. The only weak point is the extremely temperamental WiFi. Maybe it’s a “nestled between the mountains” thing. Otherwise – PERFECTOMUNDO.

We (8 friends ) went for a 6 days trip in the Dolomite. It was a great experience. The guide Diego is a professional bike rider knows all paths and above all kind and responsible. The hotel is simple but pleased. Breakfast was excellent and dinner OK. Overall a great family hotel.
